我们如何使用报道
- 展示各媒体报道的原文标题（及中文译题）、来源媒体名称和指向原文的链接。
- 把报道同一件事的多篇报道归为一条，由 AI 用自己的话写成简短的中文综合，并注明依据的来源。
- 站内不提供原文全文，也不展示第三方图片（包括新闻配图和缩略图）。阅读全文请前往原媒体网站。

一份有效通知应包含
- 权利人或其授权代理人的身份（姓名或机构名称；代理人请说明代理关系）；
- 被侵权的作品：原文链接，或足以识别该作品的描述；
- 涉及内容在简闻上的具体页面链接；
- 联系方式，至少包括电子邮箱；
- 善意声明：您善意地相信，该使用未获得权利人、其代理人或法律的许可；
- 准确性声明：通知中的信息准确，且您是权利人或有权代表权利人；
- 签名：输入您的姓名即可。
信息不齐全的通知我们同样受理，并按同样的时限处理；需要补充时，我们会发邮件询问。
处理流程与时限
- 收到请求后 48 小时内，先撤下涉及的标题、摘要或来源条目；
- 然后核实请求内容，必要时发邮件请您补充材料；
- 处理结果通过邮件告知您。
搜索引擎等第三方保存的副本不在我们的控制范围内。
停止收录本媒体
如果您代表一家媒体，希望简闻不再收录贵媒体的内容，请在表单中选择“停止收录本媒体”，或发邮件告诉我们媒体名称和网站。我们会停止收录其新内容；如果希望同时撤下已经展示的条目，请一并说明。
授权与合作
如果您希望授权简闻使用贵方的内容，或商谈其他合作，请发邮件至 [email protected]，或在表单中选择“授权合作”。
本页说明简闻目前处理版权请求的做法，不限制任何一方依法享有的权利。

How we use news reports
- We show the original headline of each report (with a Chinese translation), the name of the publication and a link to the original article.
- When several reports cover the same event, we group them into one story and publish a short summary in Chinese, written by AI in its own words, that cites the sources it draws on.
- We do not reproduce the full text of articles, and we do not display third-party images, including news photos and thumbnails. To read an article in full, please visit the publisher's website.

You can email copyright requests to [email protected] or use the form at the bottom of this page. Both are handled the same way.
What a notice should include
- Who you are: the rights holder, or an agent authorized to act on the rights holder's behalf (please describe that authority);
- The work you believe is being infringed: a link to the original, or a description that identifies it;
- The specific Jianwen page(s) where the material appears;
- Your contact details, including at least an email address;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law;
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on its behalf;
- Your signature. Typing your full name is enough.
We also act on incomplete notices within the same timeframe, and will email you if we need more information.
How we handle requests
- Within 48 hours of receiving your request, we take down the headline, summary or source entry concerned.
- We then review the request and may email you for more information.
- We tell you the outcome by email.
We cannot remove copies held by third parties such as search engines.
Stop including your publication
If you represent a publication and would like Jianwen to stop including its content, choose “Stop including our publication” in the form, or email us with the publication's name and website. We will stop including new content from it. If you would also like entries already shown on Jianwen taken down, please say so.

To license your content to Jianwen or to discuss a partnership, email [email protected] or choose “Licensing or partnership” in the form.
